Yoga, combined with the stand-up paddle, offers the perfect combination of body, spirit and nature. The body is in the constant search for balance, building the deeper musculature. The mind relaxes leaving ashore daily stress. In a Yoga class SUP your mat becomes the board and your studio becomes the whole Garda Lake. You can perform Asanas on the splendid backdrop of the Rocca di Manerba, challenging your strength and balance, even improving your yoga practice. The class concludes with relax in Savasana, with nothing more than the Sun, the fresh Lake breeze and the sound of the waves lulling your Sup board!
